We pride ourselves on our spacious 5,700 square foot facility, which includes a training area consisting of specialized Olympic quality mats, state of the art stereo components, multiple sets of weighted body bars, 20 powerline water bags, 4 body opponent bags, 8 hanging Everlast heavy bags and a chin up bar. Our studio also includes a playroom for kids and a pro shop offering the latest styles in fitness wear, equipment and unique gifts.
